Strategic Teardowns

How we look at a site.

Three lenses we apply on every project — the same lenses we'd apply to yours on the call.

Teardown 01

The four-second test

Most homepages fail to communicate what the business does and who it's for within four seconds. We rewrite the hero, restructure the page, and let the offer lead.

Teardown 02

Hierarchy over decoration

Heavy gradients and stock illustrations rarely fix a weak structure. Stripping decoration back to type, space, and rhythm usually does more for conversion than another redesign.

Teardown 03

Sections that earn their place

Every section answers a specific question — what, who, why, how, what next. Anything that doesn't answer one of those gets cut, not redesigned.

Live client work replaces these directions as projects launch. Want a teardown of your current site? Mention it on the call.
